Thank you for your visit and shopping at pronaturale.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Non-Acceptance of Packages
If a package is delivered to your doorstep or left at a post office,
Pro Naturale covers the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In this case, we will send you a new package free of charge. If it is not accepted the second time, we are entitled to withhold $15 from the amount you are refunded.
Defective Product?
What a pity! It can unfortunately happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we will always send you a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot refund the money. If it arrives defective the second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Package Lost or Returned Without Reason?
If a package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with refunds and returns.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours after your checkout. No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During busy order periods, there may be delays in delivery. Please allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping to United States $4.95 and usually takes between 7-14 business days.
Shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Italy costs $5.95, and delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.
Occasional delivery delays may occur.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be activated within 2-5 business days.
Customs, Fees, and Taxes
pronaturale.com is not responsible for any charges or taxes imposed on your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
The average delivery time is 7-14 business days. Our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Due to our unique business model, we can sell products at a lower price than our competitors, allowing us to achieve significant savings on inventory and shipping costs. We also cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Where is My Order Now That the Expected Delivery Time Has Passed?
Unfortunately, there is a small chance that the delivery of an order may be delayed. You can track the status of your order with the tracking number you receive via email.

Where Is My Tracking Number?
Once your item is finished and shipped, we will send you your tracking number via email. It takes 2-5 business days for your tracking number to become available.
We expect some delays in the delivery of certain products due to a temporary issue with our supplier.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on holidays. If demand is high, processing time may extend beyond three days.
